Food: The liege waffles here are MAGICAL with salted caramel. MAGICAL. I wish I could get the recipe for the waffles. There is whipped cream in the salad section and that was amazing with the waffles.
Wild boar bacon was so tasty as well.
Freshly squeezed orange juice was so refreshing - there was a gentleman at the drink station making orange juice.
Baked goods were also fresh and so good. Pain au chocolat was my favorite.
Service: Bhaneesh was so attentive and professional but also genuinely sweet! He was so friendly and interactive with all guests especially little children.
Honestly the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in years.
We will return soon to have those amazing waffles and whipped cream & salted caramel.
What a beautiful experience, overlooking Lake Louise at an outdoor resto! I absolutely loved my squid ink Nero noodles in curry sauce with soft shell crab and albacore tuna! Truly one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had. The burger and fries were typical, and the dessert was interesting. It was a cherry pop rocks angel cake with cherry ice cream. A bit bizarre but fun to eat and unique. Of course it’s expensive, but with a view like that, it’s worth it.
I had a very satisfying breakfast at this place. It's a fixed price menu, and I would say it was worth it! You get a choice of a drink, main, and small dish. I got the Chorizo cast iron skillet with Saskatoon berry waffles and they were both very delicious!
